This is a very very light-weight breathable (and packable) full coverage duster for riding....and not just repellent but truly seam-sealed meaning water proof, not repellent! Sizing: a size Medium is perfect for a female 5'6 and 150 lbs with plenty of room for a heavy fleece or even an insulated jacked underneath.
Add a pair of waterproof seam sealed rain pants and you're totally covered for a long ride in bad weather. When the sun comes out, pack it all up in itself: the back becomes a zipper-closed backpack you can attach to your saddle. Nice enough to wear around town too!
