The Endurance saddle is built with the active rider who has decided they no longer need or want a horn (you cannot add a horn to this model, the Old Timer closely resembles this seat if you need or want a horn). Built on a suspended narrower twist seat, the rider sits in a balanced posture allowing their legs to hang straight down from the hips. It has what is referred to as a "deep pocket" with a high cantle and high pommel hand-hold. Due to the design of the deep seat you might consider ordering one size up. Standard rigging is double rigging although you can opt to add center fire if desired.
The Endurance saddle can be built with either western or english fenders and all options except a horn are available. It weighs around 24 lbs and comes in one tree offering: somewhere between a semi and full quarter horse tree.
If you like the freedom of english stirrup leather but not the pinching you can always add a pair of matching leather fenders that slide over the stirrups. They match the saddle, and are teardrop shape. Order on the Accessories page. Or you can add a pair of Just Merino Shearling "tubes" over the stirrup leathers. See Just Merino Sheepskin on our menue.
