ORDER TIMING: Taylored Tack products are individually crafted and the normal shipping time is approximately two weeks or less. Please let us know if you need a rush order and the date you need it delivered. We will do our utmost to have your order when you need it!
SHIPPING: includes a "drop fee" of $5 and the actual shipping cost. They are light weight, so it's not bad ...unless of course you build one for every day of the week now that might add up...but who can choose they are so great looking!
RETURNS: Please note Custom Orders are non-returnable. We will gladly make minor adjustments, free of charge, provided the customer pays for return shipping.
